One of the best burrito I have ever had and Thanks to Nat and thillak for doing such an amazing customer service and the potion size was amazing. ❤️❤️❤️❤️
November 10 Around 3:30 p.m. afternoon I went here to get a package and there was a very disgusting person working there who acted in such disrespectful ways. She must have mixed up the roles because she behaved very disrespectfully.
This place used to be amazing! The quality is not good anymore. The burritos used to be huge, they are a lot smaller now. No more noodles and they only give a teaspoon of guac, you can’t even pay for more. The last two times I have ordered I have asked for no hot sauce (because they put too much) and both times they still added way too much. Better options available!
The prices have gone up and the quality has gone down... The pork and guac have no flavor anymore unfortunately. I struggled to get through my burrito bowl. The staff are okay.
Staff at this location need to learn what customer services and to treat all orders and people with dignity and respect. I've ordered from here several times on ritual and the staff members do not even start making the order every single time until I arrive, I'm ordering for pickups that the food is ready when I get there as I am on a time frame. When I arrived tonight for my pickup that was supposed to be ready at 8:11 p.m. the staff members work just starting to make the order then but they said it would be ready in 2 to 3 minutes. Step outside wait 5 minutes and notice they are just starting to make my order at this point, and then made me wait another 7 minutes until my order was actually ready. If the staff members had communicated from the get-go that they were behind that would be one thing but to be late then lie and start making my order when it is already late for pickup is beyond unacceptable from a customer service standpoint and again this is not the first time I've had this exact issue here, but the gentleman that was working tonight was quite possibly the rudest staff member I've encountered at a food service place in a long time. I will also be forwarding this review to your corporate offices as this is an ongoing issue and the staff desperately need to be retrained
Updated review * Last week I ordered from this location as it was the only one open and they truly turned themselves around. Not only did they send me a sorry not as someone who always ordered from them when I lived in the area but my burritos were stuffed and was given lots of extra hot sauce which they know I love. When I’m in the area you guys will be my first pick? I hate to leave this review as this has been my go to burrito location since September 2021.. but lately the last few burritos were total garbage.. ether missing a few ingredients or more than half! Getting charged over $20 for a tofu burrito is beyond crazy but then add the fact it’s missing ingredients.. your employees need to do better.. idk if you guys got new staff but this is not the staff I had months ago who actually stuffed the burritos for all customers both in person and online. The photo is from my last experience from here last weekend.. total garbage.. missing 80% of the toppings and only half the amount of tofu they normally put in there.
Great late night burrito spot. They actually put veggies (and a variety of them too) in their burritos unlike other spots and are super accommodating and on top of special requests even when ordered through an app. Plus guacamole for no extra charge like what’s not to love?
