I had custom closet for my bedroom built. Iris was amazing to deal with. She listened to everything I needed and designed my perfect closet and recommended it in black. And when I told her I would really want it soon she booked the install 4 DAYS LATER! Mardo was the builder and was so efficient. He showed up early and was finished in 4 hours. He was so pleasant and helpful. And when I decided to add a rod the day of the install Iris arranged for them to cut it to size that same day and I had in that night. I highly recommend them!

Closets by Design provided an awesome experience for my husband and I. Although we got off to a rocky start when the assigned designer got stuck in a traffic jam and had to reschedule, it all worked out. Sara Tafazoli arrived the following week and quickly impressed us. She drew up a design after listening carefully and asking questions, which impressed my smart and picky husband. Her design provided everything we wanted, which caught us off guard. We had thought we would get an estimate and have time to think about it. Sara made it impossible to refuse. The design was just what we wanted and when she called her boss to get the sale price for her design, it was also too good to refuse!!!! Later, we made an appointment with her to visit the office to see the quality of the materials and the options available. Then we had to postpone our first installation date because we wanted to remove the old closet so that it could be reused. The install date arrived and the communication ahead of time was helpful. Arif arrived on time and was working solo. He worked like a Trojan unloading the materials and get everything into our suite. Not only was he a hard worker, but he was very pleasant to chat with in our home. After day 1 the shelving and drawers really gave us a flavour of what was to come. Arif had to bring the remaining drawers on the second day and got to work doing the final cutting and inserting of the trim, which always matters!! He managed the cleanup and equipment removal quickly and we were very pleased with his work!! So all in all, we highly recommend Closets by Design because their staff did an excellent job from beginning to end and the price was right!!!
Had a very unfortunate experience with them. The person they send to measure my space was uninterested in speaking to me about what my needs were. When I finally was sent a drawing of the design it contained nothing of what I wanted, was only 1,000 dollars less than my much more comprehensive build from California Closets, and the boot the representative was rude to me when I told her we were going with someone else.
We have used Closets by Design in our last two homes, the services they provide are excellent, from Sara who helped us through the design process to the installers Joren and Lance. The installation of our pantry, walk-in closet and 2 reach-in closets was completed to our total satisfaction, Joren and Lance were very professional, courteous and did an excellent job.
