Very happy with the service provided. I get my car done once or twice a year and this will be my third time in a row getting it done by MNV. They are very accommodating with scheduling, easy to deal with and do a great job!
The team at MNV auto did an amazing job on my car. Brought in my car 6 months ago for ceramic coating and paint protection film. The owner was really upfront about the fees , the communication was amazing they sent me text with updates on the car. This place is high recommended.
Overall rating for my cleaning : 5.5/10. Was told my car would be ready after 3 hours. I showed up after 3.5 hours, the gentleman was still working on the inside (outside not touched yet). He claimed carpet was super dirty, which was not true (...). Windows weren't cleaned properly. The service was just Ok, compared to price (paid $150 for a sedan type of car). This was supposed to be a shampooing, all "details"type of detailing, etc vs the $79 dollar one... They could improve in having at least 2 people doing the detailing/cleaning, and also in having someone doing a quality check. The dude over the phone and the dude who did the detailing were super nice, at least.
Milad and his partner did an excellent job detailing and washing the interior and exterior of my SUV. They were very precise, and used great products. They didn’t miss a single spot! I will definitely be using them again AND recommending them to everyone I know.
I couldn't tell how my car was when I took it to mnv auto in Toronto for detailing. I haven't cleaned it in six years, but once they removed everything, the car looks brand new. Amazing.

I initially booked an appointment for paint correction while already having booked an appointment for ceramic coating elsewhere at another day. I was told when I showed up that it wouldn't be best for the car doing this on two separate occasions. The level of customer service was outstanding and wasn't pushing just to get my business. They were looking out for the best interest of me and the car. I really appreciate this and I hope to be back for work to be done in the future.
