Alicia and the Eatertainment team catered an event I was organizing at the Hockey Hall of Fame and everything went perfectly. From the timing of everything, room set ups, the taste of the food and the professionalism of the staff....everything was perfect.
Joan went far and beyond what was asked of him. Every single one of my guests and family members appreciated the care he took with us. We had a last minute addition, a friend is currently really ill, and Joan was able to make them comfortable, find seats for them and make sure they were fed. Had an incredible experience working with Eatertainment on our recent work events! Joan was our main point of contact and he made the whole planning process seamless. We needed various menus for multiple events, had strict budgets, and an ever changing guest count - he followed through on all of it! The food itself was fantastic! We ordered buffets for two of the events and there was plenty of variety - truly something for everyone. The guests were so pleased! The team of wait staff were incredibly lovely. All of them showed up each day with great attitudes and lifted the energy all around. They even made sure to set aside food for our team members who were working over lunch. 10 star experience working with the Eatertainment team, thank you all for your hard work!!!
From beginning to end with the Help of Eatertainment employee Nicola Samuels, we were treated with the utmost courtesy, professionalism & patience. I cant say enough about how smoothly the process went even whilst coordinating mostly from London UK. The venue itself was very accommodating, beautifully decorated and clean. The food selections, preparation and plating was excellent, while also allowing for our own unique ethnic food selections to be brought in and served along side. We had many compliments from our guests. The final cost was well under any other comparable venue in Toronto and in-line with what was agreed, with no surprises. The Eatertainment staff was phenomenal!! Alyssa our coordinator/planner was an absolute hoot and pleasure to work with. She totally understood our wedding vision and brought it all together in the best possible way! It was the best day ever and our guests are still raving about all the delicious food! YOU CANNOT GO WRONG!!!On our wedding day the food was amazing (and exactly the same as our tasting), the decor was beautiful, and the staff surperb! We were so happy with our experience from start to finish and will be sure to reach back out for any future party planning needs!!
