I've gone to Face Off a few times: changed my iphone battery, got a screen protector and had my phone cleaned. I found them to be very friendly, knowledgeable, conscientious and extremely affordable - especially compared to other service providers and brand products! I would definitely recommend them.
Reliable and straight forward, I’ve been having all my tech been serviced by them for things like screen protectors and cleaning for at least 3-4 years now. Fast and quality stuff for a really fair price that’s hard to get anywhere else. I highly recommend them
This place is amazing! So glad I found it. I dealt with Kevin and his service was outstanding. Happened to walk by here and noticed the shop (close to the food court). My glass screen protector on my iPhone had been cracked for months so I figured it was time to switch it. Kevin greeted me, gave me the repair options with prices (all very competitive) and went to work! He works with such focus and precision! Completely cleaned off my phone and even took the time to clean out the phone charging port - removing all the lint from inside! Now that’s going above and beyond. Will be back - but hopefully not too soon. Maybe if I stop dropping my phone so much!
Most helpful cell phone/ computer store I have ever been to. Wayne was able to do what 4 different apple stores could not. He helped me recover all of my data off of a very old iphone. He was friendly, patient, highly competent, and incredibly reasonable re: cost. I couldnt recommend him more. Thank you!
We bought a iPad case and used it before realizing that it was not compatible and the front camera was covered! We brought it back and am very happy with the service and help we received. Will definitely be coming back :)
