The people who run this store are so friendly. It makes a trip to the Dufferin Mall feel like you’re entering a charming, small town where everybody knows each other. This is a cellphone repair shop you can actually trust. I will always take my phones here from now on
DONT TRUST!!!! Don’t Go!!! Dropped my iphone 16 off for repair instead off fixing the phone correctly it’s all glued up. The screen doesn’t fit properly it turns green! He told me I have an original battery from another phone but this is telling me it’s not and now it’s not taking charge even. I would’ve preferred him to call and say what he can or. Cannot do before running my phone !!!!!!! This was on 1% for two days. I would have rather payed for the whole new housing he literally ruin my phone and I will be taking this too court. If. U read the reviews you will see. This is. Not the only person this was done too I will tell the police. I will tell TikTok report these Scammers everywhere
Quoted me 2 hours for the back of my phone being replaced. Handed me the phone covered in rubber bands. It immediately cracked. They then took until 4PM the next day to replace the back they had done incorrectly the first time. Refused to give me any sort of discount or refund. The only discount they offered me was if I paid cash they wouldn’t charge me tax, which is illegal. Go anywhere else.
Mobilinq is our go to for that past several years for phone cases, broken phones, and to buy used iPhones. (We have teenagers ;-) ) the customer service is top notch. They are extremely knowledgeable and provide excellent customer service. We recently bought a used iPhone 10 from them and it needed servicing and they did it for free since it’s only been a couple months. Super kind, honest people with fair pricing. I’ve lost count of how many times they’re fixed broken screens and glitchy phones for us.
I had an excellent experience with this service. They fixed my first phone perfectly and even took the time to repair my second phone without charging me. Highly recommended for their professionalism and outstanding customer care.
I was told their screen replacements are "high quality" compared to others. The installation was done improperly, the colour difference between my old and new screen was noticeable, and the screen replacement became defective a few months later. I came back to complain the next day about the screen quality/colour, but they disregarded my complaints. I don't think I can even have a warranty replacement since it's probably past that period (while ago I came here) and they also never gave me a receipt (I think it's because I paid cash). Edit to their response: They NEVER mentioned their warranty period to me ever. It was only months later my screen became defective, which was past the warranty period anyway. If you want a screen replacement, I recommend somewhere else or go directly to Apple/Samsung/Google, etc.
I bought a plastic cover for my phone and the young man that put it on had put it on incorrectly and said if it does not smooth out in a couple of day to come back and he would replace it. I went back with my phone and he said that he would not replace it that it was ok infact it was peeling off on the side I had my rececwipt and it say on it that it could be exchanged within seven days and today is my seventh day he was very uncooperative and did nothing for me. I suggest people not to go to this place for repairs
