I don’t typically write a lot of reviews but I really felt the need to do it now. Personally, I try to avoid this location of Carters. I find the ladies that work here to be rude and dismissive but I was in a pinch this past Sunday, and it was my only choice and this time, I’m so glad I did! I was helped by an amazing and extremely helpful associate named Maya. I explained to her my situation and what I was looking for and she was so patient and did everything she could to help. In a world where great customer service is few and far in between, it was so nice to see Maya really going above and beyond. Keep up the amazing work Maya!!
The clothes are always great with very good deals HOWEVER, the employees are very rude they don’t acknowledge shoppers when they come in no greetings they give dirty looks and don’t offer any help at all. Store is a 5 ⭐️. Employees 0 ⭐️ So all in all this location will get 1 ⭐️ because it’s customer service that gives that 5 ⭐️ DO better girls!
Ordered online, chose store pick-up (for several reasons). Upon arriving at the store i phoned the main number, advised i was in store to get an online order that was confirmed as ready. I was told i may need to wait a while...after waiting 7 seconds for the standard questions i asked "where should i wait?", employee responded "off to the side...". She still had no idea where i was, who i was, order # etc. I could see they were just trying to clear the line of 15 customers and she didn't want to / know how to deal with me. I politely mentioned that she had none of my information, so couldn't retrieve my order...long pause..."ummm...join the line...sorry". Do not choose store pick-up.
What kind of store throws out unsold clothing instead of donating it? What was going through your minds? Please, answer this! Do you not have a conscience?
Ashley and Samantha were a tremendous help. It was great being able to walk into a store smack dab in the midst of the holiday season and feel like I had been taken care of. Kudos. Great work.
The lady at the cashier said in very rude way “I’m the only worker on ground and she will be available to help us after 15 minutes! Come on 15 minutes !
Amazing store for kids and almost have all their needs of clothes and accessories, the material is soft cotton, beautiful desigbs and price are moderate and you can really find great deals there and real offers.
