Placed an order November 30th. No updates. Told the warehouse is "busy this time of year" super dismissive. Based on other reviews this seems to be an ongoing issue for months- makes me feel like I'm never going to see my items and this company is in serious trouble. Selling more inventory than they have for cashflow isn't a good look.
I placed an online order November 11th and was surprised that by the end of the month I hadn’t received any shipment updates. After numerous attempts in contacting MM, the owner, Jacquelyn, finally took matters into her own hands. Apparently, there had been a glitch between online orders and the warehouse. Jacquelyn’s efforts showed an owner who truly cares about the integrity of a business that she has built. I have been ordering from Minimioche for 10 years….and will certainly continue to do so. Thank you for your outstanding service.
I have been a dedicated Mini Mioche shopper for 7 years (the age of my first kiddo). I love this brand! Everything is adorable, durable and Canadian. Everything is perfect, from the website, customer service to the way the package arrives. I highly recommend!!!! Natalie
I placed an order on Oct 30th and haven't received so much as an update since. I've contacted them by mail and the contact form on the website - no response to date. Very disappointing customer service, and sad outcome as I've tried to support this store since they actually had a storefront on Queen St.
I have been trying to initiate a return now for almost 3 weeks! I’ve had one response 10 days ago telling me to start the return through the portal- did that and it said wait for the return to be approved.. and nothing- no response to my emails. No store to physically go into and no phone number! What happened to this company? I hadn’t ordered from here in awhile and definitely after this experience will NEVER order again. I paid the extra $7.99 to have hassle free returns and yet I’ve never come across a worse customer service experience. And to top it off that $7.99 just means I’ve basically paid to ship my items back already- but all I can get is a store credit or exchange and not a refund. DO NOT SHOP here!!!
Never received my order made in February. After a month of waiting, I reached out and they said that they said my order was one of the affected orders in a glitch on their end, and that what I had ordered was no longer available. I told them what I was okay with substituting after a bunch of back and forth. It is now June, and they have not been responding for months. Did they just take my money and ghost me? Edit: they only responded and delivered the order after I left a bad review, even though I had sent many emails prior. They said it was an issue with their inbox. Between issues with their warehouse and issues with their inbox, they are leaving customers on the hook for items they paid (a premium, as they are organic) for, and only persistent ones are hearing back. The items also arrived without a GOTS label, so I am skeptical of their claims of certification. I am not changing my rating.
I ordered a gift online at Mini Mioche for a friend that will be giving birth in a few days. I live in Montreal and she’s in Toronto, so I was a bit worried the gift might not get to her in time. I also added a gift wrapping and they offered to include a card free of charge, which I did of course! My friend received the gift 2 days later and sent me some pictures! I was amazed by the quick service and the great online service. It almost looks like I sent her a gift directly from home ;) Thanks @minimioche! Continue your great work!!
