I had such a wonderful experience shopping at Carter’s OshKosh, thanks to Alexadrya! She went above and beyond to help me and my family find the right clothes for our toddler. Not only was she super helpful with sizing and suggestions, but she also took the time to engage with our little one and keep them entertained while we shopped. Went in to purchase a Nuna Rava. Customer service was 2/5 at best. Employee knowledge is minimal - can barely tell the expiration length of the product. Told me that the rebound bar is the same color for different color models, which is completely false. Can’t return now since the box is opened. Be aware and knowledgable of the product you want to purchase before you come in, or find another place.
Went there to make an exchange of a cloth i bought for my son, that did not fit. The girl asked if I washed it and I said no. She keeps asking and I told her I did no wash I just tried it on and did not fit my kid I was too small. She keeper affirming that’s I did was and was repeating her self, I just looked at her took the cloth back and told her thanks. I was not going to argue with her or explain myself again. Very upsetting.
I showed up towards the end of the day, with a list of 20 plus kids clothes. I was overwhelmed by the shopping so I left the list with the manager Alexandra, I think was her name. I believe the other staff member helping was Abby. I could have the names mixed up. Either way, I was really grateful for their assistance, they helped me by personally shopping for the clothes for all of the kids, we are donating those clothes to a Womens shelter and I had no idea what items to get. They even labelled the bags for me by room, making my life that much easier when I got home to sort the donations. I left the store and came back in an hour and all the clothes were ready for pick up. Awesome service ladies!
Tammy and Alex have amazing customer service skills. I have been going to this location for some time and never met any one like Tammy and Alex . My shopping experience has been great ever since Tammy and Alex started working there. Their organization skills are fantastic. They are very informative and patient. Tammy and Alex always goes the extra mile with a modest smile on their faces. No matter how many questions I ask, they never seems to be annoyed or irritated. This is one of the best Caters, I have visted so far. Service here is always efficient because these two ladies are very knowledgeable and helpful. Keep up the great work ladies!
I felt the Manager was stereotyping me and my daughter, felt targeted because how I dressed or looked. I said hi and there was no response, a fake smile was put on. Then was implied that my daughter was going to steal a poppy. I never had this experience here before, I'm disappointed and don't think any customer should be treated or feel this way when shopping. I will be escalating this further.
This is my go-to location for buying clothing gifts for the little ones in my family. I have always had a positive experience but the last two times were exceptionally enjoyable. I had the pleasure of being helped by Alexandrya who is as lovely as her name-- brimming with charm, personality, enthusiasm and product knowledge. Great store. Great selection. And great staff.
