Showed up for an item listed on their website. They couldn’t find it so they asked me to email them about it and come back. 2 emails to them and no answer. lol good luck selling things here
UPDATE - I was worried by the reviews that I would experience problems with the staff or the pricing. It’s far from the case. I was speaking to the employees and all of them were extremely helpful and they mentioned that there has been a change of staff. I was approached by three staff to see how I’m doing and they all wanted to ensure that I had great care. They even got me a better price at checkout, which I was not expecting. The clothes look brand new. Will come again

So far, I like the store. They carry lots of selection (i assumed that cosignors would be more willing to bring in nice stuff when cosignment policies seem friendly) and good price. Will have the review updated when having more experience with the store
