Glad I’m not the only one who was followed around uncomfortably. If you’re going to shadow people around the store at least offer them assistance. I felt so uncomfortable that I just ended up leaving. Happy to see that I’m not the only one, but maybe they should start taking these comments seriously.
Had a great experience on the weekend with Isabella. I'd been watching a few bags for several weeks, but never finalizing my decision. I went to the Yorkville location and Isabella was WONDERFUL in helping me make a choice, giving great pros and cons between the items I was debating and I happily left with my new (to me) Celine bag. When it comes to luxury bags, I still recommend doing your own research before you go in so you know what you're looking for, but the staff are so friendly that they will help no matter what.
The absolut best second Hand luxury store I’ve ever experienced. The selection was on point. A perfect mixture of super exclusive high end and normal high end brands. Everything was displayed super clean and the prices are super fair. The staff was GREAT !
Seamless consignment experience. Excellent comms and payout process. They are very thorough with products and only opt to consign items in good condition. Fair pricing if you don’t want to sell your items on your own. Highly recommended.
I had an amazing first shopping experience at this beautiful store and left with a pair of Fendi boots that not only were in almost brand-new condition, but also at a significant reduction from their retail price! Linh was very helpful and friendly while assisting me and Sophia coincidentally was wearing the same pair- the perfect model! I’m so excited to style my new purchase and highly recommend Mine & Yours for their wide variety of designer finds, as well as their excellent customer service!

The staff are knowledgeable and friendly, especially Linh. She was able to walk me through the designers that they carry that could work well with my style (Comme Des Garcons, Rick Owens, Issey Miyake, etc.). The prices are reasonable considering the quality/craftsmanship and its original retail value.
