We had such a great time at the sushi making course, and Chef Sang is a true professional and made the entire evening a blast. We'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and hands-on culinary experience. Thanks to Jennifer too for helping with the booking/organizing!
The highest praise I can give is that my 8 year old and I sat at the end of the table with 2 other 10 year old's, and all three children were engaged for the full 3 hours! No electronic devices needed!! They laughed, they learned and took direction from the chefs, and they all left happy and with a sense of accomplishment! Highly recommended for any ages!!!!!
Had a great time. This is definitely more then just a sushi making class. Chef Sang is very knowledgeable and passionate, not only about the art of sushi making, but the history behind it as well. He will not coddle you if you do a sub-par job, but will try to guide you to do better. Supporting this class also benefits young ones who are less privileged. Highly recommend trying it out, not only will you leave full, but you’ll gain a new skill, makes some friends and help ones in need.
Such a fun night!!! Highly recommend. We did the online zoom beginner class with most of my family, all from their own house's and it was a blast! Chief Sang Kim was funny and informative.
