The greatest customer service. The gentleman is always polite, patient and helpful in every visit. Communication is great, and they always remember returning customers.
Went to return several parcels to Amazon The attendant was very busy But so effective in take care of all customers in a very short time Had to wait not more than ten minutes AMAZING SERVICE WILL DEFINITELY RETURN TO DO BUSINESS THERE
Poor customer service and printing and photocopying costs are way too high. experienced poor customer service from the shop owner and the young lady who is there when he is not. They both seemed annoyed to have to help me. Not welcoming at all.
Came here for the very first time. I printed my resume she could have adjusted in 1 page. Very rude staff. 5.13$ for just a page? Are you serious? We know inflation is a biggest factor in canada. Horrible experience
usually I don’t post any bad review but this one is must,, I went there to get canada post drafts , I told her to make a draft of 38.7 cents but she made for 38.07 cent which is less than the amount required for draft , when I asked her to fix the issue she said she can’t then i asked to make draft of .63 cents but I will not pay you extra service fee but she denied and didn’t solve the issue, I would recommend to don’t go there because they are looting us , they are charging a lot of service fees + they are running canada post but they don’t have proper knowledge about how things work there .
Aweful service. I send a 3 page document to print 20 copies. First they didn't print both side pages, then the ma'am told me each copy was 15 cents (which is what I heard), but each copy was 50 cents, so I must have heard wrong. The problem was that I asked here how much was it going to cost and she told me $27 +$3 for fee. I told her it was too expensive, but she already sent it to print. She should have waited for me to confirm the cost as I asked her before, but she just sent it to print. When I asked her to stop the printing, she told me she could. I was gonna leave and then she could stop the printing. It costed me $20 dolars and her excuse was that she told me she already had said to me the cost. She did, but I understood wrong and I ASKED HER TO TELL ME THE TOTAL BEFORE PRINTING, but she printed them anyway. Also she even attended 3 costumers in between eventhoug I was there first. She was waiting for me to send the document, but when I did, she finished first with the other 2 customers. She didn't even gave me staplers. I will NEVER go back there, it is a scam and they don't care about the customers.
Bad quality prints and not the best service. Wanted to print colour and the quality came out terrible, I was told we don’t really do coloured prints (the store is called prints and plus but okay) yet they try charging you 1.25 per page + $3 service for the terrible coloured print.
