This place has excellent customer service and is very friendly. I highly recommend it! I needed to print some court documents, but I don’t live in town. Everyone who gave this place one star for the high pricing should either buy a printer or be more prepared. A one-star review for high pricing would be more accurately a one-star review for the customer, not the business. I rounded up to the dollar and paid $5 for five pages, which is reasonable and more than they actually charged.

Extremely overpriced! I only needed to print and scan a few pages, but I ended up with a surprisingly high bill. It costs them almost nothing to provide these services, yet they are charging so much
The service is amazing!Price is reasonable, turnaround time is fast, they are also super responsive via email. I needed to print a book and had no idea if the files were in the right format, so Joe went above and beyond to ensure the print was excellent quality and suited the requirements. And Winnie was so nice at pickup. Tailored service with extreme care for excellent printing that you wouldn't get at a big chain print shop. 10/10 recommend!

I wish I could give more stars!! This place is the best place ever if you want something printed, they cut, printed and etc my thesis (which was 100 pages) in like 3 days.?
Very VERY VERY EXPENSIVE. I wish there was a zero star option. I had to get a print of a 6-page double sided black-and-white print of a journal article. IT COSTS $6.10. CHARGES EVEN MORE paying with credit card. I sent the document the afternoon before pick-up and added in the comment for a pick up at 9:30 am the next day. They emailed me to pick up at 10:30 which caused a delay for my Biology lab. They charged $0.50 on the website for a single STAPLE. ANDDD after paying the $0.50, I DID NOT get a staple. Regarding the price, I printed 8 pages of color printing with the poster quality in another printing store on Bay st., it was $5 and I even got a student discount without previously aware. HERE, THEY CHARGE YOU MORE WITHOUT STATING IN THEIR WEBSITE. Guess what, when you arrive at the store, they point to a sheet of paper and say “here is the price”.
