Staff working at skin care area with scarf is impolite and arrogant. She makes my shopping experience extremely uncomfortable. I asked her few questions, she responded impatiently. She said “I don’t know why this is unclear” . Ah Nice, please let the supervisor ask her why she makes answers so unclear! So guys, as a customer, we are not welcome to ask anything unclear. We are expected to be as knowledgeable as a paid staff when you walk into this area.
I recently visited this store to check out some perfumes, but my experience was disappointing. The fragrance samples are kept behind the counter, so you have to ask for assistance. When I did, the staff member who helped me seemed unwilling and unenthusiastic, as if they were doing me a favor rather than assisting a customer. Since I wasn’t sure which perfume to buy, I had to ask to smell a few options. However, the staff member’s attitude made the process uncomfortable, as if my request was an inconvenience. In my opinion, the perfumery section lacks genuinely friendly and attentive employees. A more welcoming attitude would greatly improve the shopping experience.
Beauty staff was incredibly rude. Got there on Friday August 30 at 9:50 and they were all together chatting in the beauty section. As soon as I approached, they all stopped talking and looked at me, and a black lady employee said in a loud voice "we're closed". I couldn't even get a word in before she said even louder "WE'RE CLOSED". Most beauty boutiques close at 10, so there still was time until closing. The employees seem to have been closing early, even rejecting a customer. Not recommended.
Very rude behaviour of your employee (white women, short gray hair). It wasn’t 10 pm yet (at least 5 min before, so between 9:53 and 9:55 pm) and I knew exactly what I want but she didn’t let me go in and worst she talked to me in a very bad way in front of her colleagues and made me feel very uncomfortable. She yelled at me and repeated “we are close” in a very aggressive way! You can check the video, which must be recorded! I need someone to check what happened and to call me for an explanation
The worst customer service I have ever experienced. An old white female, short gray hair at the Beauty Boutique (wouldn’t provide her name) and another associate her name is Pretty are terrible, extremely rude and on a power trip!? They are not qualified nor they’re equipped to deal with customers. Those two cashiers needs more training and coaching, and should be held accountable for their behaviour.
