Just realized I forgot to leave a bad review for this company. We ordered a groupon coupon in 2022 and hoping to get a nice custom tailored suit for our wedding. However, the suit came in very late and it doesn’t fit my husband at all even he got our measurements when we first visited. At the end we had to find another tailor and fix the suit which cost even more. This place we found was probably the worst thing we have on our wedding. I should have pursued something more expensive but at least better service and quality.
Terrible experience. Peter took 100% advance payment for 3 dress shirts that should have arrived in 3 weeks. After waiting two months, 2 shirts finally arrived but the collars were completely different than what I had asked for. At this time, Peter also told informed me that he didnot have the fabric in stock for the 3rd shirt and that I should choose another fabric which I did. I was told all 3 shirts will be available in 2 weeks. After waiting another two months, all 3 shirts finally arrived. The buttons began falling off after the first wear and the shirts were loose in some places and tight in others. I set up an appointment with Peter to discuss if the shirts can be fixed. As soon as I showed up, Peter seemed upset, saying was I was "too picky" and he was not willing to listen at all and started raising his voice. I stayed calm and tried to get my view across but when Peter continued with the rudeness, I just took the shirts and left. Do business here at your own risk. I am taking my business elsewhere.
Very good value for the price. Fast delivery and good quality clothing. Will always go back to the place as they offer great service and value for the money.

I recently purchased 3 suits and multiple custom shirts. Service has been great the whole way through and I’m very happy with the final product. The prices are also extremely reasonable compared to other bespoke tailors. I’ll be continuing to use Peter Parvez going forward!
The worst customer service ever. They don't respond to my calls or emails. they did not tailor my shirt and suit which came 6 months late. When I finally got a hold of them they tailored it wrong again. They did not give us the bow ties that were included in the price we paid. Hung up the phone in my face and now I cant get a hold of them . Avoid these people at all costs. It has been almost 2 years and I have still not gotten what I paid for. UPDATE: I had a different representative get back to me. This representative was understanding and acknowledged the issues that occurred . He came up with a reasonable solution for me. I still think that some of these delays should not have occurred and customer service should be consistent. Overall the material is good for a very reasonable price, but the service is not always consistent
A very rushed process as soon as I walked in. You aren't even able to try on any sample shirts to feel the material. One of the shirts that they gave me is very uncomfortable and I cannot wear it. Also, when the shirts came back from being made in HK, they did not fit properly and they had to be tailored again. So much for being custom made. This shows that their measurement process or manufacturing process does not work properly. Spend a little more and go somewhere else.
