I don't typically review retail stores, but I had such a great experience today. I was looking for a pair of Canada West Boots and it looked like gravitypope is one of very few retailers in the GTA that carry the brand. Inventory for the boots was limited, so when I saw my size in stock online I snagged a pair and had them shipped to the store. Boots where ready to pickup in two days. Trevor was quick to serve me and retrieved my purchase in short order. He told me I should I try the boots on before leaving because boot fit can significantly vary between brands. To my dismay, the boots were too big! Trevor was very helpful in finding alternative Canada West boots a half size smaller, but they didn't have the winterized sole that I was looking for. Trevor went to the back room again and looked into the a recent shipment that had yet to be processed into the store's inventory. I was super fortunate that he found a pair of the exact boots I had ordered, but a half size smaller. He even offered to lace up the boots. Trevor provided really quick and efficient service, and I never once felt rushed. Kudos to Trevor!
OMG – – shout out to my girl Becca she is the real MVP and girl spent literally an hour and a half with me trying to find boots and she was so patient and she deserves all the raises and I desperately wanted to get her a muffin because they almost didn’t buy anything because the struggle to findthe right footwear for my needs is real but she made it happen because she’s the best and I just really needed to leave a review because we love Becca!
I’ve always found the Gravitypope locations in Toronto to be a bit chaotic in terms of merchandising and service compared to in my hometown of Vancouver. That being said, I recently visited this location to source long boots and was helped by Anifa. She was truly lovely and endlessly patient and helped me order in the Wonders boots I wanted. Thank you, Anifa! .
I went to Gravity Pope in Toronto yesterday , looking for nice Hooka runners, Brynn was helping me and she was wonderful she went above and beyond to make sure I will find the right pair of shoes for my needs and style, she explained to me in detail, the specifics of each piece. We decided together which show would be comfy and stylish ! I do really appreciate her kindness , attention and knlowdgez I wish more folks in retail will be like her. Thank you Brynn, I will be back , because of you!
Great place, carries Canada West The service was great as well, at some point I was thinking the level they cared about me was a little too much, in any case it was a really good experience.
This store should be your first stop when shopping for the perfect shoes. The selection, up-to-date styles and outstanding customer service (thank you Anifa and Shawn) led to a fun, confident, efficient experience.
Hidden gem This is my favourite store in Toronto Gravity Pope has such originality the store is on the pricer side but they offer such great cool Merchandise I have shopped there many times ordering online and their customer service is very good . Some of my favourite items are thier sneakers they carry brands that are Hard to find elsewhere . There used to be a store called Midnight Farm in Martha’s Vineyard along time ago gorgeous store very unique pieces as well so much though and effort went into the actual buying of that store . That store sadly is no longer there But that particular store Midnight Farm reminds me of this store Gravity Pope in Toronto . A little upscale and modern edgier for sure . Bought a great pair of Veja Sneakers high tops there and New Balance Running Shoes . Gem of a store and I was just out there Store last week and I was looking at a bag that I saw online from Kate Sheridan beautiful little bag and it’s my birthday coming up so I thought I would like to treat myself to something nice then I noticed a gorgeous black corduroy coat and I can’t remember the two ladies that were working but that day there were so nice to me they made me feel so welcome and I wanted to buy the coat and bag on the spot, but I needed some time to think about it so they were so kind to have to hold it for me for a few days. I ended up purchasing both the coat and the bag, but I just wanted to say Gravity Pope is not only such a beautiful Store, but I keep coming back because of the awesome Customer Service everyone there is so nice. I was in today to pick up my coat and bag and I think I was speaking to the manager. He was so nice to me. He made me feel so welcome thank you you such a gem of a Store. I highly recommend.
