The box advertised an item from Costco but what was in the box was something completely different. Seemed to be an honest mistake but you need to check what you’re buying from them, open the box, double check it’s what you want. They found a tree in another box and swapped it but was still missing a remote and function. Not a pleasant experience.
Decent spot with a variety of goods. No change rooms and a restrictive exchange-only policy could be improved. Some miscommunication observed between employees in front of customers. Not a good experience but they're new and still need to get their stuff together.
I had a great experience shopping here and would recommend TK Home to everyone. The products are high quality, and the service was fantastic. I’ll definitely shop here again! The best from the best is customer service provided by Harash, very friendly, approachable, and always willing to help, this guy deserve a huge kudo!!!! Thank you Harash for providing such a unique and wonderful customer service! I will be back to this location just to enjoy this service again
