I always enjoy my time at Delysses Yorkdale. It’s an elevated experience with lovely staff and yummy desserts! Jay in particular has wonderful customer service. He consistently goes above and beyond to ensure patrons have a great time. He’s warm and very kind! I recommend this place often and look forward to going back!
We used to come to Delysées often for coffee and croissants, and it was always a favourite. They used to make some of the best pistachio and almond croissants, which is what kept us coming back. Unfortunately, the quality of the pastries has gone down and they feel quite mediocre now. That said, the coffee is still good, the tea selection is nice, and the atmosphere is pleasant. However, for a café positioned as a luxury spot, the overall quality especially of the pastries no longer feels like it matches that level.
I sat here for less than 2 mins with my dessert and I was asked to move to another table since there were other guests waiting for a table. Only two people were standing in the line up and there was no reservation. I asked if there were any reservations for the table I was sitting at. And the server went silent. I was dressed very well and the store was getting free marketing off my presence in there.
Cozy little place. We had a family of ten and they still accommodated us just fine. The desserts are so rich and tasty. Customer service was excellent. Highly recommend!!
I went here on a Saturday wanting to get my daily order, as I arrived I wasn’t feeling welcomed at all. One of the lady staff greeted me with no enthusiasm and had horrible customer service skills, she was all moody. Food was great but staff need a lesson on how to treat customers.
Amazing service, delicious dessert, and amazing staff. Jaren and Ishan were super nice and Jaren made a delicious pistachio coffee. Definitely needs to be visited!
Love this spot for delicious desserts and cakes! Paulina was super nice and helpful and recommended some delicious desserts! I told her I liked pistachio and she gave me some great recommendations and was so sweet. I would highly recommend their pistachio latte and their cakes are so creamy yet light!
