Baristas profile and discriminate against customers with disabilities despite them being paying customers. Very rude and judgemental staff that violate the AODA (the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act) that they are bound by Ontario law to follow.

I have tried their butter croissants that can be filled with your choice of filling! I have tried pistachio and the caramel which were so good. The price was also so fair for what i got .

Didn't like their coffee beans, but their desserts are pretty good. Place is on the pricier side, They have seating inside and plenty of takeout options.

Wonderful cafe & great service! We were given free Pannetone sample upon entry & we tried their hot cocoa which was very good! Will definitely stop by again for some tasty treats in future

I was today around 6:30 pm, and I have to say that although it's a nice and fancy place, the customer service was really poor, I asked for a flat white, and it was placed in a glass for cold drinks, so was really hard to grabe the glass all the time.

As the place offers a limited number of options, one expects decent quality. However, the Tiramisu we had was OK being optimistic... But the worst part was the Flat White served in a glass! How do you expect people to grab a hot drink in a glass? I had to wait for a while before being able to start drinking it. That, besides the fact that these are never the milk-coffee proportions for that drink.

So… I’m not entirely certain there’s a long term play here with this business - though connection to the Omni King Edward can’t hurt - but it’s a stretch to think that with literally one product there will be adequate repeat traffic. Not maligning the actual product because the pannetone is very, very good - light and fluffy chewiness, an orange blossom scent and flavour, and elevated with your choice of cream filling - vanilla, hazelnut, pistachio, salted caramel, apricot - all delicious I worry that there is too much asked of counter staff between manually filing multiple pannetones, and offering a complement of barista coffees - it was 15 minutes from entry to seating, and only 4 people ahead of us - and my coffee order was incorrect. I wish them well, and I’ll probably pop in on occasion, but I do hope they expand their offerings and work on counter speed
