After mostly using online US-based printers, I decided to go to Printing Legacy to find local businesses that offer short-run book printing that offers the size of my project. Ordering process was very pleasant, everyone I dealt with were very professional. I am very happy with the way my book turned out!
I really wanted to print locally in Scarborough. The first time I got no response for query, no problem. I followed up three days later & got a response. Then I sent my follow up questions about guidelines and its been six days no response. I'm only sharing this review so the company makes note that response time can absolutely cost business. Such a shame, I was happy to have found them. **Edit. I had phrased this carefully as I thought it might be an oversight and I didn't want to cost them business outside of my own. The owner immediately wrote to me with an apology and amends. It was so genuine that I would really like to work with them despite my initial impression. I hope I can also come back to this review section and leave them a 5 star review for service - its so important to support local business and I am excited in advance to recommend them.
Can’t say enough positive things about Printing Legacy! I needed a rush print of a book for a photoshoot after Amazon messed it up and they turned it around in less than 24 hours. Doing another bulk order with them since it’s such great quality and they have a fast turnaround time even for orders that aren’t rush.

Very responsive, very quick to provide a quote as well as proofs, and the prices here are amazing! The books arrived sooner than expected and the quality of the perfect binding was literally perfect.
