The most weird personal and the most weird I have ever seen in my life. No cash accepted no debit card no credit card. The only way a payment is online. They said we gonna send you a link so you have to go through that put your credit card information and pay. It is weird, isn’t? What if I don’t use credit card?
Terrible unprofessional service. I made the mistake of trusting TPH and paid for it. They are overpriced, unhelpful, and very rude if you need any help after you've already paid. They only care about you and treat you decently before you pay. After you paid and you need any help with your order, they will be very rude and only try to make you pay more money.
Terrible experience and would not ever order from the TPH after this. We feel compelled to warn others about the terrible experience one of our partners had here. The particular manager at this 505 University avenue location told my partner to go to Vistaprint when he complained about the very unprofessional service at the Printing House. We have never encountered this unprofessional behaviour from other printing companies, only this TPH location. I ordered from The Printing House for many business partners and other colleagues for a conference. My partner had a very negative experience here with the TPH manager. When he went back to seek help with with one of the many items we ordered, the manager was very unprofessional, disrespectful, and rude towards my partner. The manager blamed my partner for breaking the item and claimed that it was only broken to improper use without any evidence. The manager repeatedly made false claims, blaming my partner for misuse of the product. The manager was very impolite, refused to listen, and made false claims. My partner has reported this incident to the TPH's corporate office. We are extremely unhappy about this as our partner did not even go back to the TPH requesting a refund or replacement, he simply went back to notify the store of problems with the product and to see if it could be fixed. The manager refused to address the concern properly or examine the product adequately. He simply asked for more money and claimed that the product was completely broken due to misuse. The manager became very upset and repeatedly claimed that my partner was wasting his time and money. We believe that the TPH will ironically lose more money because of the manager's unprofessional behavior and mistreatment of his customers. This is not acceptable customer service. Based on this very negative experience, we strongly recommend that you do NOT order from the TPH. Customers deserve to be treated with respect and dignity.
Best customer care I've ever experienced! Called late in the day with an urgent order for floor plans for a launch event and Mark managed to figure out a solution for me and deliver an amazing looking product. Couldn't be happier with my experience. Thank you for saving the day!!
Too bad there aren't 10 stars. This team is incredible. Super quick replies and awesome straight forward responses. I've worked with them for 4 jobs now. Each time has been different advisors and every one of them know what they're talking about. Experts in their field and gives the best advice for the best results. I love The Printing House. I always give myself a hard time when I delay asking them for help with upcoming projects because they do basically everything exactly to our specifications and with time to spare. My colleagues are always floored by their turnaround times on projects and how they keep us updated on the status of our work with them.
