Dr Jetha is the most unprofessional doctor I have experienced. She is lazy, rude and deserves to have her license taken away. I went into for a checkup and did my blood test for diabetes in early 2025, did not hear back about the results and assumed it was okay for 5 months and 5 months later another doctor at this clinic told me I was extremely close to diabetic at the time of testing. If only I had known this earlier…
This place is does not offer quality service they are unorganized and insensitive. Firstly the receptionist was not equipped with information or know how to probe, and why is my specimen container handed out to me in front of the lobby as if I’m collecting my grad award might as well we just tell em what is the problem
The place itself is outstanding! Dr Sun and his team, specifically, are truly the definition of a health team that go above and beyond to care for a patient. I’ve been lucky enough to witness his practise through my husband’s experience. I wish I could transfer and have him as my family doctor. Unfortunately, I am a patient of Dr Jetha, which on the other side always makes you feel like she’s doing you a favour by seeing you. She is constantly out of office, and her online appointment system has been down for over 2 years. To book an appointment you must call and even then her secretary very rarely picks up the phone. Waiting times are over 3/4 weeks and once you get to see her it’s usually a 10 minute visit. No referrals are ever given, and no follow-up is ever made.
Going here today was not a good experience. The receptionist are behind a glass per usual, the clinic is alway full (not because they are particularly any good but, its toronto no one can find a family doctor anywhere)you have to scream your medical issue out loud so they can hear you behind the glass and they don't bat a eye or have anything type of consideration by doing that it might be traumatizing for folks to let's others know what the reason for your visit. I've overheard folk in the waiting giggling about patient issues. That is just disgusting.
The clinic is beautifully renovated, modern, and welcoming. The staff are exceptionally friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. Parking is convenient, with free spots available on Sunnybrae Crescent and Bartonville Avenue West, and one hour of free parking on Weston Road. The physicians, including Dr. Sun, provide outstanding care; knowledgeable, compassionate, and humane in their approach. This clinic has multidisciplinary team, which includes a dietitian, pharmacist, chiropractor, nurse, social worker, and an on-site lab. This clinic really has everything you need in one place, offering comprehensive, patient-centered care. Highly recommend!
Amazing physiotherapist - Bhavesh Dhoka. On time, to the point, listen to my problem , quick fix with minimum follow up. I would highly recommend him to all the people in the neighborhood- of mount Dennis
Both my husband and I have our doctors here. It's always busy, but we both really like our doctors, so we're happy to wait. The clinic has consistently evolved, offering more services as time has gone by, which is a good thing.
