Alhamdulliah he is an amazing doctor and amazing person.... My elder son has been going to him aince 2018... now 2nd one since 2023 alhamdulliah Jazakallah kairan for all of his& teams effort....
Every time i had an appointment i have waited more than 1 hour and there were no other patients on the clinic . When i told them why , they answered that even if you have an appointment you still have to wait .
My son is now 4 years old, and Dr. Mersal has been his pediatrician since birth. We feel truly grateful and blessed to have received such consistent care and support from him over the years. Dr. Mersal has always taken the time to patiently listen to all of our questions and concerns, no matter how small, and he answers with kindness, clarity, and reassurance. Each visit leaves us feeling confident and at ease, always walking out with a smile. I should also mention the clinic staff, who are equally wonderful—supportive, attentive, and genuinely kind. We couldn’t ask for better care for our child.
Staff are great. Dr can’t address any of my concerns or answer any questions. He gave me no offer of “I’ll try to find out” or point me to where I might find an answer. On my last visit I finally asked a question I knew the answer to while trying to figure out if he had an answer to any question…and he actually gave me potentially harmful misinformation.
THESE PEOPLE WILL HAVE YOU WAITING HOURS TO GET THROUGH THEY CLAIM THEY OFFER WALK INS AFTER 9am THIS IS A LIE. THE WAITING TIME HERE IS RIDICULOUS. HES IN THE ROOM WITH EACH PATIENT FOR 20 MINUTES. There’s no need for 3 receptionist in such a small office space with only one doctor DO BETTER!!
Dr. Mersal is an absolutely amazing doctor. His team—especially Nurse Joy—has always been incredibly helpful in supporting my three sons with their healthcare needs. I highly recommend this clinic for your little ones. They are not only extremely knowledgeable but also genuinely care about your children.
Great paediatrician, Dr.Mersal is a very good doctor very patient very careful and his team is wonderful when I go there. Wait until it’s my turn. When have an appointment and try to be there on time. I would recommend this clinic to anyone who have children to go to Dr. Mersal best paediatrician ever. sometime when I call, I don’t get them, but I know they’re busy dealing with other patience when I leave message, they always call me back so I thank God for that?????❤️❤️
