I wish I could give her zero stars. The receptionist is so unprofessional. You call them for inquiry’s and they don’t have basic etiquettes when it comes to handling the call. Rude, disrespectful.
The best driving instructor you can find, very professional she is very patient and teaches you everything you need to know her teaching skills are amazing.
Malallai is a very professional driving instructor. She exactly pin points at the week points and helps in improving driving skills. She goes over the board to make sure you will pass the driving test.
Mallalai is the best driving instructor to learn from! From someone who gets nervous on the roads and had little experiences of driving. I have become what’s called in her own words a “normal driver” within a month, which means a driver with a G license. I highly recommend you to listen to her as you will become a normal driver with Mallalai as your instructor. Everything and anything to learn about driving, she the one. 5/5
My experience with/at Basic Driving School was very positive. When I first signed up with Mallalai, I was a novice driver who approached driving with very little enthusiasm, and within a matter of weeks, I became a great driver who couldn't wait to get behind the wheel! My newfound confidence and success in driving would not have been possible without Mallalai's patience, attentiveness, and her ability to effectively formulate a curriculum based on my needs.
I definitely would recommend Basic Driving School to anyone wanting to build confidence behind the wheel. Before taking 1-on-1 lessons at Basic Driving School to prepare for my G2, I had driven with my parents, but was scared and nervous at every turn. By the eighth lesson with the instructor I had learned every maneuver covered on the test as well as dealing with other situations on the road, beyond test material. Continually, Ms. Malallai pushed me to have confidence in making my own decisions while ensuring safety. The last step was to avoid being nervous while the examiner was in the car. Despite passing my G1 exit test only after the second time I took it, I don't think any other school could have prepared me any better than Basic Driving School. The instructor, Ms. Malallai can be a little strict, but is very kind, patient and extremely knowledgeable in the many aspects of driving. If you are looking for a comprehensive learning experience, you've definitely come to the right place.
