I made my puncture of my e-bike last year. And today I came here again to make my brakes and the team remembered me and didn’t ask for the pay for making it. The employees are too friendly. Do visit here if your e-bikes have any problem.
I took my NCM bike to this store to change the controller a while ago. The lovely gentlemen provided me an excellent customer service and a quite affordable price (more than 60% less what other stores were going to charge me). They also had a quick delivery and help me fix a few other lose things on the bike. I totally recommend this store! 5 stars to them
I had been struggling to get air pumped into my electric scooter because everywhere I went, they told me their machines wouldn’t fit. Luckily, I came across this store and decided to ask for help. The kind gentleman immediately assisted me, and in less than a minute, my scooter was fixed! I’m so grateful for their help.
