I was so nervous coming into this store. I’ve never ridden any type of electric vehicle before and didn’t know what to expect. From the moment I walked in, the owner made me feel completely at ease. His kindness, patience, and genuine passion for what he does instantly put me at ease. He took so much time with me, walking me through the differences between e-bikes, scooters, electric motorcycles, and mobility chairs in a way that was easy to understand and never overwhelming. He answered every question with care (and even anticipated questions I didn’t even know to ask yet!). After discussing my height, comfort preferences, and how I plan to use it, he helped me find the perfect electric bike that fits my frame and feels safe to ride. He even adjusted the seat on the spot and showed me how to comfortably reach the brakes, things I didn’t even think about before! I ended up also picking out a matching helmet and safety gloves that look great on me and feel high-quality. What I appreciated most was the test ride, with the owner right beside me the whole time, coaching me gently, showing me how to start, stop, and feel confident. That hands-on, supervised testing made all the difference, and I walked away feeling safe, supported, and totally thrilled with my decision. The entire experience was incredibly positive. I never felt rushed or pressured, just informed and excited. I couldn’t be happier with my new e-bike and the amazing service I received. Genuinely knowledgeable and professional staff. When a manufacturer defect was preventing my new ebike from functioning properly, Brennan came to my residence on his own time not once but twice in order to make things right, no charge. I would recommend this place highly to anyone who is in the market for a new bike or wishes to have their current bike serviced.
Today, Sep 26th, 2025. I reached out to this company and spoke with Brennan at length about an ebike issue. I was impressed by the integrity and honesty Brennan demonstrated, he put me and my needs first. He even suggested that I reached out to the original company where I bough my ebike first, and if I was not satisfied to bring the bike to him. To me, that is integrity. Well done Brennan, great job.
E gearz such fraud and cheater . Please avoid these cheaters Very rude and zero customer service They charged me for new tire tube for my e scooter. The EGearz team is awesome! They are always so nice with me and explains exactly what is wrong with my scooter. They will never mislead you about what they can or cannot do. 10/10 I have constantly been badgering them with questions and they have been patient and understanding every single time.
Took my e-bike I bought on -line for a tune up today. No problem servicing a brand they don’t carry. Service was fast and a good price. A really good experience. Going to take my other bike next week.
I came to Brennan's store in Toronto, On on Broadview came to the door it was locked and Brennan let me in and told Brennan I was interested in an e-bike. I was overwhelmed by Brennan's hospitality never been in a store where I've had so much help just after store closing. Brennan was very knowledgeable and took the time to answers all my question and find the e-bike that was just right for me (Blair ) .. Brennan's customer service/hospitality was over and above my expectations. I recommended to many community neighbors/friends that E-Gearz is the place to go for E-bikes/Scooters.
