Promised coaching support, then completely ghosted after 24 hours. I was contacted by Audrey because I had applied to a position posted by Options on LinkedIn. Audrey gave me the usual spiel about how I had such great skills, and that they had me in mind for a few other roles. One portion of the role that Audrey and I were speaking about required testing. Audrey informed me that it would be difficult, however, if I didn't do so well, they would be open to giving me some coaching. It was also mentioned that this testing wasn't a great representation of the work that I would do, if successful. It turns out I didn't meet the threshold on the testing, and stated to Audrey that I felt I could do better. I didn't hear back until the next day, and I was told that I didn't meet the standards. Okay, that's understandable. But, I followed up and asked about coaching and received no response. It's been several weeks now, and I haven't heard back from Audrey since. Not to mention, I was rejected from a very basic, entry-level job posted by Options very soon after. From the initial call, to being ghosted took only one day. I've secured employment elsewhere, but I'd recommend looking elsewhere for recruitment services that actually follow through on their commitments.
Adam recently helped me secure a new position in downtown Toronto. It was definitely the most positive experience I had interacting with a recruiter. He was very enthusiastic about finding the best fit for me and went above and beyond to make sure I was well prepared for my interviews.
I got an email telling me somebody referred my name and go to a hiring event. I looked up the address it was a goverment employment ofice. I go there and find so many people. I said to the lady I have appointment at 2pm. She told me to sign so many papers. I wait again. A guy called me after one hour. I talked to a lady, she just asked me what job I need, I told her then she wrote on a small scrap of paper. Then gave me a calling card and told me to call or email her in one week. It's not even 3 minites that I sit then I was walked to the door. It's the worst agency. They should have get my resume online and just find me a job. Not let me go to another employment office and say the employer is there. There was no employer, it's also an agency. They fool people. The goverment should not support these people. it's a waste of taxpayer's money!
My experience with Options Consulting Solutions was extremely pleasant. The placement that was provided by this organization gave me the opportunity to become a true professional in my field. Why I took off one star: there were some aspects of the miscommunication within Options. Other than that, everything was great.

Very unprofessional agency - next to fraud. Be careful when providing your personal information to them! Seems like they’re just trying to collect information and expand their data base.. and then they just disappear.
