I had a great experience with Talent. I went in looking for part time work and their recruiters really took their time with me and tried to get me working as soon as they could. They have training courses available if you dont have experience. I worked my first shift with a long time staff and they showed me how to work. since then i have worked a couple of days a week for the past couple of months. its been great having these part time hours available and they are flexible around my full time job. They are good when it comes to offer a job to someone. However, Some of their employees don't know how to talk with other people. I feel like getting insulted in front of 4-5 people when I asked them about my query regarding paycheck. I got two different pay rate for the same work I did at same place. When I asked them, Frank answer me very rudely. He could have told me same thing in some decent way too.
