The staff is the Meanest people I walked in there was 5 clerks everyone were minding their business not caring about me one guy asked the rest of them if they could help me nobody answered they were chatting to each other they just hate to work their unprofessional shet

I rented 30 feet of scaffold from cooper on Monday sep13 for a small 5hr job, the rep failed to inform me of a minimum one week rental on Friday during booking. They also never suggested to get more than one platform to safely operate 30feet of scaffolding. After completion and during drop off I backed into a loader dump box and ended up denting my truck while the shop guy was watching me backup so I thought.

Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Rented a chainsaw to cut up a downed tree and the staff took to time to show me how to use it and even gave me the gas to run it.
