Unfortunately, it was a bad experience. They lack a lot of coordination and communication. Transferring you to different stores does not resolve the lack of commitment to the customer.
Promised a lift. Never registered in their system. The person just said we’ll be there No lift on site. This happened twice in 2 months. Very costly. We’ve decided to no longer use them and found another vender whose much better. Nice people though - but cannot be relied on.

From the moment I walked in, their professionalism and kindness were evident. They took the time to thoroughly understand my needs and provided solutions that were both effective and efficient. Their dedication to their work and their genuine care for customers is truly rare and commendable. It’s clear that Paul and Drew are not just doing a job, but they are truly passionate about what they do! They deserve recognition and a raise for their outstanding service. I was ignored for about 5 minutes at the counter by a gentleman named Alex, very obnoxious I did not feel welcomed and had his earphones in the whole time…
Victor, Paul and Alex did an outstanding job! Above and beyond, highly recommend Stephenson’s rental and especially this location. Very happy with them and their outstanding customer service. 10/10 and can’t wait to come back. Thank you again! Really appreciate their whole team
Scammers! I’ve been working with many rental companies and this is far by the worst. I think their company policy is being sneaky and stealing money from people by overcharging them. I rent lift for only one day and they over charged me. Whenever I call them they said in a week and im never hearing from them again. It’s been month. I never had problem with other employees and they were very helpful but this time I work with this woman and she is the worst. Never see someone hate their job as much as she does and very rude to customers. I will never work with this company again and I am not letting go my money. I will be their problem until they pay my money. Overall, don’t work with this scammers.
Good employees at the counter, no issues with them. They are as helpful as they can be, but the machines I get from this place are consistently in poor condition and a lot of the time they are not even functioning. Something to note.
