I had the pleasure of hosting my wedding reception at Ahma, and the experience was exceptional. As someone who isn’t from Canada, finding a venue and planning an event that would impress my mostly native Torontonian guests was no small task. However, everything—from touring the venue to organizing the details—was seamless and stress-free. The staff was incredibly responsive and organized throughout the planning process, and the event itself went off without a hitch. The quality of the food far surpassed the typical wedding fare and even though we only served cocktails and hors d'oeuvres, the portions were generous and there was always more than enough. Ahma also handled a last-minute emergency change with remarkable ease. I truly can’t say enough good things about this venue and wish them continued success.
We had our wedding at Ahma, and it was absolutely perfect! Sarah and her team were amazing, they coordinated seamlessly with all our vendors and made sure everything ran smoothly. Their wedding package was incredible and included everything we needed, which really allowed us to enjoy a completely stress-free day. I held my micro wedding at Ahma this past September and it was a phenomenal experience from beginning to start. Sarah and Marcela are truly the dream team, and I am so appreciative of their attention to detail, patience, and overall positive attitude when it came to planning our celebration dinner. On the wedding day itself, my husband and I did not have to stress or think about anything other than enjoying our special day, and that’s because Ahma took care of absolutely every small detail you could think of. Thanks to Ahma, our intimate wedding dinner will be a dreamy evening we will think about forever.
What a perfect day! We hosted our small wedding here for about 30 people and we had the most amazing time! Marcela was our incredible day of coordinator and she made sure everyone was having a good time and that everything was moving along! She was so attentive to our needs. This venue is absolutely gorgeous, we barely needed to decorate. They provided us with the gold arches and dried florals and they lit up beautiful candles all over. Don’t even get me started on the food! We had made sure to taste test the food at simpl things and it was exactly the same level for their canapés at Ahma too! Absolutely delicious with every bite and the chef kept it up the whole event! My guests even requested some of the mini burgers without cheese to fit their dietary requirements and the chef did it no problem! This day was absolutely perfect and I can’t give enough praise and thanks to Marcela and the team at Ahma! ❤️?❤️
We celebrated our wedding at Ahma with about 40 guests. Everything from the initial planning to the night itself was so easy and flawless. We were about 45 minutes late due to horrendous Toronto traffic, and they were so accommodating by letting us stay a little bit later to really enjoy the night. The food and drinks were incredible, staff was warm and welcoming, the venue is so beautiful - overall, it was an incredible part of our evening and I couldn’t recommend Ahma more for any special event!
We hosted my daughter‘s bridal shower at Ahma and it was incredible. Everyone commented and loved the space. The staff was beyond helpful and accommodating. The food was amazing, Don’t be fooled by their description of the canapés as “bites” I was concerned there wouldn’t be enough, but my guests actually went home with some of the food…..Ahma even provided the takeout containers. I am so so thankful to all for making this a beautiful and memorable occasion for my daughter. “10 STARS”
