Their equipment is beautifully maintained and in excellent condition. What truly stood out was how far above and beyond they went. We had other pieces of equipment that needed to be moved, and they handled everything seamlessly and efficiently. Even after the purchase, their aftercare has been exceptional. When we needed an adjustment made, they were quick, helpful, and made sure everything was taken care of properly. I have been buying my equipment from Foremost Fitness for a while now. What makes me think of them every time I need to get anything non-trivial is not solely the quality of the products that they offer. After all, I could get same brand elsewhere, at least in theory. What puts them above the crowd is the superb support that I receive at every turn of the process: from advise on what the actual problem might be to what options are available to being flexible on orders to masterful and meticulous assembly service. The whole team works as a Swiss watch - I never feel abandoned on the status of my order. They deliver what they promised and they refuse to promise what they can't quarantee delivering. Recently I got my Nohrd SlimBeam delivered and it was a breeze: I knew when it would be coming, I was notified when a 30 min delay was imminent, Nino put it all together in very tight space, respecting my floors, walls and other surfaces. He further offered several options on how the column could be secured reliably now and in the future. Then I had a de-brief with Klaud to confirm that everything was to my satisfaction. Foremost Fitness is a truly remarkable team of pros who know the products, know how to have the client's needs addressed for real, not just lip service.
