Have dealt with Johanne since 1992 when I purchased a Vectra system gym and exercise bike. When I downsized from my big condo, I donated all of that equipment to a high school and Johanne's staff relocated and set it up there. I still use my Monark upper body ergometer--also recommended by Johanne--on alternate days. I was going to a local gym just to keep my walking up, but the noise level of music and creepy behaviour of some members was a turnoff. Johanne recommended the Spirit XT285 which was higher than my budget--I would have gone for the XT185--but she said I would be better off with the longer track and stronger motor given my height and weight, and she was right, even with just walking my stride would have been right at the end of the smaller unit track. I had a couple of pre-purchase concerns about the warranty, and Johanne was able to send me emails from the manufacturer that stated clearly the answer to my questions and reassured me that the warranty was solid. Always a pleasure to deal with Johanne, and also her setup team (Matthew) and service people are first-rate.
Dealing with Johanne at Physical Assets has been an unfailingly pleasant and rewarding experience for me. Johanne is always helpful, she knows her stuff, and she steers me right. Johanne is my go-to person for gym related equipment.

I had an issue with an old Monark 805 stationary exercise bike and I reached out to Physical Assets for assistance in getting someone to repair my bike. Johanne from Physical Assets referred me to the company that they use for all repairs and I contacted that company and the technician walked me through how to fix the bike myself or at least try before bringing them in to see if they could fix it. His suggested fix worked and I called to thank him and Joanne and they suggested a little tweaking to further assist. In these days of lousy customer service Johanne set the bar at a level by showing that she really cares about and values the customer . I would recommend Physical Assets to all people with customer service like this. Thanks Physical Assets especially Johanne.
I have bought equipment from Physical Assets for years. First rate quality, and all of it still works though I have upgraded my treadmill - 10 years ago! And Johanne has tremendous experience and knowledge. Great personal customer service. Not like Big Box stores.
