Had a facial here ~10 days ago and my skin has never looked worse. I have come for facials here before and had no problems but this time my face broke out the following day and has been breaking out constantly over the past week.
I had the Deep Down Detox Facial with Jannette, and it was amazing! She is very knowledgeable, kind, and professional. My skin felt so clean and refreshed afterward. Highly recommend!
I had the most wonderful facial with Fika. She was recommended to me by a friend. Glowing recommendation. And of course, my skin was absolutely glowing afterwards. It was relaxing. It was thorough. It was probably the best facial I’ve ever had. I will absolutely be going back and making it a regular routine. I’m not very comfortable being without Makeup, but walking out of there and my skin looking the way it did. I felt very very good. This is no makeup right after. I am 49.

I absolutely loved the facial I had with Sara at Pure + Simple Yorkville. It had all of the elements I was looking for. Sara had a beautiful way of moving her hands, the face massage was my favorite part. It opened my sinuses and helped me release the tension I hold in my jaw. All of the products smelled amazing and my skin felt wonderful after. It was truly a relaxing experience, I appreciated the opportunity to completely focus on the treatment (calm music, not much talking). I also loved that Sara used products on the neck and chest! Massaging while masking is also something you cannot find much any more! Will be back ❤️
In December, I had an unpleasant experience with one of the estheticians. It was probably just an off day for her—completely understandable—but it left me feeling disappointed, especially since it was my only free time, and I was hoping for some relaxation. However, the salon’s customer care is truly amazing. They reached out to me after hearing about my experience and offered me a complimentary facial to make it right. That gesture alone was impressive, and it showed me how much they value their clients. When I came back for the facial, I was paired with Leslie—and wow, I’m so glad I gave the salon another chance. Leslie gave me one of the best facials of my life! We instantly clicked, and she made the entire experience amazing. She’s incredibly gentle—I didn’t feel any discomfort even during the extractions—and her shoulder massage was heaven!! After my initial experience, I wasn’t sure I’d return, but thanks to Leslie and the salon’s thoughtful response, I’m now a happy client. Leslie is truly exceptional, and I want her to be my one and only esthetician! Brava ❤️
Absolutely love getting their glow facial. My face shines for days. I always go to Nahid. She’s extremely knowledgeable and does amazing extractions. 10/10 would recommend.
