We organized a floral arrangement class for our friend’s bachelorette, and the experience was her favourite part of the day! The logistics to book the class was flexible, clear, and quick. Rachelle picked the most amazing local flowers with our preferred pink palette. She was knowledgeable, patient, and personable. After we left, we carried the arrangements down the street to the car, and we received so many compliments, and folks who asked where there were from / where they can take a similar class!
i've used Botany a few times for flowers in Toronto and they have been great so far. I went in on Women's day to buy a bouquet for my partner who owns a cat. Since many flowers are poisonous to cats (lillies can kill them!), I requested help choosing a few cat safe options. I left with a beautiful and very cat friendly bouquet of flowers, and to sweeten the deal even more, it was half off since it was past 2:30 on Friday! Defs recommended
I was recommended Botany Floral Studio, specifically their à la carte option, and am forever grateful for the suggestion! I first spoke with Rachelle over the phone to explain my situation (planning my wedding in three weeks) and after some back and forth, she immediately agreed to do my wedding. She was extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We had to move quickly so after the phone call, I sent her an email with all my details and additional questions. She was quick to respond and even provided suggestions on details I didn't think of, in addition to sharing other vendors. I provided reference photos but honestly, left most of it up to her. In the end, all I can really say is WOW. Rachelle delivered and then some! Everything was beyond my imagination - from the bouquet to the Chuppah. I received an overwhelming number of compliments from our guests of how much they loved the florals. You can really tell the time, effort and care Rachelle puts into what she does. I can not recommend Botany Floral Studio enough! If you are on the fence please let this be a sign, you won't regret it. Thank you again, Rachelle and team for making our day extra special!
Botany Floral Studios created beautiful floral arrangements for my wedding. However, the arch I picked was not available and without confirming if a change was OK, Rachelle went ahead with the new shape without my OK. My husband also had a mishap with the scheduling of the return of rental items and the delivery man who received them. Rachelle was quick to apologize for the incident and did not fault us for his poor behaviour. However he was extremely rude. Update to my review upon reflection 2 years later: 4 stars for the quality of work. 1 star for customer service. In hindsight, I would not use this company again or recommend them to others.
My husband & I ordered our wedding florals through Botany for our June wedding! The process of ordering through their à la carte section was easy and seamless. The flower arrangements (bouquets, boutonnières, & arch flowers) were elegant & absolutely stunning. Rachelle & team absolutely outdid themselves. We would highly recommend Botany to anyone looking for wedding florals!
My sister bought a bouquet of flowers delivered to my mum for Mother’s Day and they were mostly dead and presentation was unacceptable! For the cost of the flowers they should be fresh and presented well! I complained and will say I received a response immediately and a full refund and apology was made. I appreciate when mistakes are made apologies are given and the situation is made right!
Although the shop is small they have used all the available space wisely. Great selection of plants. The young girl helping us was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Worth a visit.

Looks like a very high-end overpriced establishment, but going in their plants are actually very reasonably priced. Very interesting selection and fascinating live plants you won't find very many other places. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful.
Very impressed. Gave a budget, a description of the recipients personality and the circumstance for the flowers and got a fabulous design (unique, appropriate and right on budget). First experience will have me returning for future needs.
Botany Floral Studio was a pleasure to work with. I had them make my wedding bouquets and centerpieces this past October. I mostly dealt with Nina. She was great (even if she was not available, I still received a prompt response to my email by another staff member)! On my first visit for a consultation I never felt rushed. She took the time to hear me out, and never discouraged my "vision", and helped me define it more. Yet, she would tell me if something was not in season and would cost more or whether it may not be available in abundance at that time of year. I made changes to my order about 3-4 times, and each time was painless. I just emailed them and they would respond in about 1-2 days with a confirmation and an updated invoice with the changes on it. My bouquets and corsages were ready when I arrived to pick them up and they delivered the centerpieces to the reception hall on time and everything was in order upon my arrival at the reception. My flowers were beautiful!!! Botany stands out for me as a vendor that has it together. One of the few vendors that made the wedding planning and prepping painless. Some of my other vendors stressed me out with last minute phone calls the day of my wedding, because they couldn't find the reception hall, or did not know where to go, etc.. Botany was drama-free. They were also quite reasonable in terms of pricing, even when compared to other "boutique" florists in the city. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.
