I recently hired Floris Flower Co to do the floral arrangements for my mother's 65th birthday party and they did such an exceptional job, I felt compelled to leave this review. First and foremost, they were an absolute pleasure to deal with. They took on the job with not a lot of notice, and totally understood exactly what I was looking for. The arrangements were beyond stunning, and well exceeded my expectations. They also dealt with the restaurant directly to coordinate delivery of the arrangements, making the whole experience extremely smooth and easy. I cannot say enough positive things about this florist. I will absolutely use them again in the future.
Absolutely exceptional service!!! Ada was pleasant, helpful , polite and overall fabulous!!!! Floris turned my oops moment of forgetting a birthday into an easy fix !!! I ordered a designers choice vase arrangement for our Aunt and she loves it!! So accommodating! Would definitely recommend and will use Floris again in the future!!! Thank you!!!
I had a good experience with Floris and would recommend the shop. I sent flowers and although it was pretty I was disappointed with the volume, given what I spent. I received both an email justifying the detailed costs of the bouquet and a phone call asking if they could resend another to be sure I was happy. They did send a second bouquet which was lovely. I would definitely give my business to Floris again. They really went out of their way to be sure I was satisfied. Thank you!
