Queen's Cross definitely left us Cross. Came here for a light lunch since I work in the area and thought it would be convenient since it was past peak lunch hours. Came in at around 2:40pm and to start off, most of the seating areas were sticky to the touch and not well cleaned up with starws and napkins strewn. The bathroom was even worse, with TP and water splashes everywhere. On to the food: We decided to go with iQ because their menu looked a bit on the healthy and fresh side but what a disappointment.! My friend got the Queens Cross Bowl and boy what a skimp..! They basically filled 3/4 of the bowl with lettuce, then topped it off with the rest of the ingredients. They then shoved this plastic mini jar of some so-called special salad dressing into the centre of the bowl that they didn't even seem to sanitize or wipe off when they retrieved from cold storage, before sealing off my friends order, and shoving it to the pick up side, without so much as an acknowledgement or nod. Which reminds me, the attendants were very unprofessional (didn't even bother with a greeting or anything), looked tired and haggard and kept running to the back of the house, reason why, we have no idea..! When my turn to order came, first they couldn't even acknowledge that my friend and I were together and therefore take our order as one, I was left standing there and I watched as the two staff scrambled around with one order for about 4-5mins, only to be told that the Turkey Chilli Bowl that I wanted, was out of stock and they needed an extra 15-20mins to make a fresh batch. I had no problem with that as we were not in a hurry. When my order finally came through, It turned out to be premium disappointment..! Their soup "bowl" sizes are a total sham and would be more accurately defined as baby cups, the soup itself was more of a tomato-ish paste with barely any turkey and more beans than I had ever seen in a bowl, the avocado on top looked like it was from the day before and tasted even worse, and the so called topping on the soup were two slices of jalapeño and another two of marinated onion or so, with a scoop of sour cream to add to the mess.! Once again, it was just shoved to the pick up side without any acknowledgement or regard , just the attendant shouting out that the order was ready. By the time we sat down to eat, we'd lost our appetites and unfortunately, couldn't even find a bin to dump the mess in on our way out. I ended up with a grumbling stomach barely 30mins later and so did my friend yet we'd barely had 5 bites each. For a court that was re-branded as the go-to for elevated service and premium offerings from unique select stores that you wont find at other random food courts, this was a terrible flop. And for their price range..!! Diabolical. We would have been much better off at the food court downstairs, and would have definitely left fuller and happier...! PS: We were so disappointed we didn't even bother with photos. Also, this is my experience, would be happy to hear others but from what I've read so far, looks like their service basically ranges from mid to borderline terrible. Would absolutely NOT recommend..!!!

This review is mainly for Randy's Patties. I came on a Sunday at 4pm (close at 5pm) and they didnt have enough beef or chicken for a box of 12. Definitely one of the better patty spots downtown. Their patties are stuffed with juicy filling and the shell is more crumbly than flakely. Highly recommend and would come back.

TERRIBLE FOOD COURT. Nicely renovated with a bar but otherwise horrible. A large number of the food vendors were closed including those with "specials". Thus rendering them useless. My friend ordered two tasteless and lousy hamburgers (no fries or drinks) and it set him back $33.00. He then bought a beer at the bar for $13.00. Worst burgers he ever ate. Total garbage. I bought ONE slice of pizza with a small water and dipping sauce for almost $12.00. Staff couldn't care less and barely speak English. Or say HI. Not acceptable. The bathrooms were VERY messy and dirty despite being new. Looked like they had not been cleaned all day. Bits of TP everywhere and feces stains on the stalls. Totally gross... With no staff around to alert etc. It was even hard to find trash can to bring your stuff to after the meal so we just left it on the table. Not recommended.

music on so loud I couldn’t hear myself think, it’s a food court not a club. Staff are very rude, when asked if the music could be turned down slightly I was ignored.

Closed for a couple of years under previous management. Yes, things are expensive here but the location is excellent. I'm sure the rents are hefty. I'm just glad it's back, under new management and refurbishment.

I tried to order a smoked meat sandwich from Underground Sandwich i.e. a Reuben minus the sauerkraut and horseradish. No deal. Everything they have is pre-pared with no flexibility - like purchasing from a vending machine. For that price you should be able to specify what you want on your sandwich. Do not recommend.

the bar has the absolute worst service ever experienced. we sat down at the bar for a drink during happy hour. we sat for 20 minutes waiting for someone to take our order, no one ever did. we ended up getting a burger at swanky and walking out. total waste of time.
