We called the clinic three separate times in advance to confirm they had an orthopaedic doctor for my younger brother, and each time they assured us they did. When we arrived, they told us they don’t have an orthopaedic doctor, and the manager (Bianca, or similar) claimed she was the one on the phone and insisted she had told us that—contradicting what we were repeatedly told. She then tried to reframe it as an “orthopaedic shoe” specialist, but based on the intake questions it was clear they couldn’t help, yet they still kept my mom through the full visit only to say so at the end and charged $120 anyway. My mother has an accent and was made to feel belittled because of it, instead of them acknowledging their mistake and what felt like a money-grab.
