A great experience from the moment you stepped in until you leave out. Brandon took good care of me but, more specific, he took the time to explain me the procedures and get to know me. This reassured me as a patient and trusting him. The result: my feet are well maintained in such good hands.

Dealt with Brandon and left with a not only a complete and informative understanding of my issues, but also on the options for treatment, and MOST IMPORTANTLY (imo), the contingencies of treatment options based on various situations related to my world of extreme activities. The entire experience felt quite literally custom tailored to my needs, giving me all the information I could need to make an informed decision regarding my treatment, and how to make it worth the while (aka not just some badaid alternative). Receptionist is rough right from the time I phoned to make an appointment. My appointment was scheduled for September 27, @ 9:30 am, taken in room, sat in gray chair, take shoes and socks off at 9:45 am. Room was chilly, chiropodist, John Ray came in at 10:20 am. My presenting problem was pain on top of left foot, bunion was not painful, I was not asked what my issues are. I brought result of my left foot X-ray taken two months ago, which did not seem to interest him. After very casual history taking and minimal examination, recommendation was orthotics, around $600.00. I asked how that can help me as my problem was on top of foot and orthotics will raise foot and rub more on shoe. he will design half an orthotic! Seems that selling orthotics was the only focus of this visit. On a positive note, John Ray shaved off a corn from side of left foot bunion. Cost $100.00
After a really bad experience at another clinic, I came here for orthotics and although I don’t have them yet, it was a great experience and look forward to working with this place!.
