This place is whimsical ✨️ I'm from the Netherlands and would highly recommend anyone visiting Toronto to check out this place. You step into a magical world, so thoughtfully put together. The owner has a real talent for finding the best gems. It’s located in the Distillery District, which transforms into the most beautiful Christmas market during the holidays. Go visit, you won’t be disappointed!
I stumbled upon Blackbird Vintage Finds a few days ago at the Distillery Christmas Market. Although there was a bit of a line (the small store does keep a capacity number) the wait was totally worth it when I walked in and saw how beautifully curated and stunning this store is! The selection of products was wide and interesting, it smelled AMAZING, the staff were friendly, and I purchased a really unique incense I found from a Canadian brand I'd never heard of. Very happy to see how much of the store is stocked with local Canadian small vendors, as this year I am trying to shop all local for my Christmas presents! All in all a great experience and I would love to go any time I am in the Distillery!

Absolutely loved this vintage shop in the Distillery District! ✨ Such a well-curated collection with truly unique pieces you won’t find anywhere else. The quality is amazing, prices are fair, and the staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about what they do. The vibe of the store fits perfectly with the charm of the Distillery definitely a must visit if you are looking for something special. I’ll 100% be back!
My favourite shop in the Distillery District. Great curation and selection of true vintage home and cookware items, as well as new items including books, stationery, jewelry, tarot and oracle card sets.
There was some limited vintage thing but it was mostly filled with non-vintage tchotchkes with a hipster/vintage aesthetic. It’s fine as a store but not really what I’m looking for from a vintage store.
The best store ever…at least in the Distillery. In all the years I have been going I never not go in…. My soul vibrates. It isn’t just filled with amazing vintage stuff… and it is!! But Paula has an eye for curating… the whole place is inspiring. I always leave with an idea not just a bag of stuff. They have the best card collection, things you don’t find anywhere else. It’s rare and unique, trust me. Well worth waiting in line if it’s Christmas. Today three of us found gifts…and things we just had to have. Treat yourself… I always leave with a smile on my face.
