Hi love Sammygs personalized gifts! Firstly, Samantha is so thoughtful, considerate and I could tell that she truly wants to provide top notch and smooth customer experience from start to finish! The gifts such as the blanket with my son’s name on it. My son does not leave the blanket unattended at any moment. He loves his blankie. He js four now but he has had it since he was a baby. The rob is heavenly, better then hotel quality. I googled 'personalized baby gifts'. 'Sammy g's' came up. Something caught my eye and so I decided to email the contact person to get more information. I got a response right away. I had several questions and the response was always quick and efficient. Samantha was excellent in communication and very flexible. I wanted to pick up the purchase rather than pay the delivery fee. That was not a problem at all. I haven't given the gift to my cousins daughter yet but I am sure she will love it. I appreciated the customer service and care. That is something one should not take for granted as it isn't a definite these days!
