I'm so glad I came across Balance fitness studio. I've been attending classes for a while now, and I can honestly say it’s one of the best fitness experiences I’ve had. The mix of TRX, circuit training, Pilates, and strength work keeps every session fresh and challenging, but still totally doable no matter your level. I love that all the trainers (Kelly, Jen and Jacqueline) bring something unique to the class and are very encouraging. They pay attention to form, so you feel safe and pushed in all the right ways. They also provide variations based on your fitness level. I leave every class feeling stronger and more energized. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a motivating, well-structured, and genuinely fun workout class.
I’ve been attending classes at Balance Women’s Fitness Studio for the past four months, and I can’t speak highly enough about my experience! Both Kelly and Jacqualine are absolutely amazing instructors — knowledgeable, motivating, and genuinely passionate about what they do. Each class is thoughtfully designed and challenging in the best way. Kelly brings so much energy and positivity that keeps you going even on tough days, and Jacqualine has a great eye for form and technique, making sure you’re doing everything safely and effectively. They both create a supportive and empowering environment that makes working out something I actually look forward to. Thanks to them, I feel stronger, more confident, and more consistent in my fitness journey. Highly recommend their classes to anyone looking to feel great and be part of an inspiring fitness community!
I can’t recommend Balance enough! If you’re looking for an encouraging, energetic community of women to support your fitness journey, this is the spot. I’ve been going to Balance classes regularly for 8 months now and it has had such an impact on both my physical and mental health. Classes are challenging but not intimidating, and there are always options to adjust exercises for your energy that day, or any injuries and sensitivities. After plateauing with at-home workouts over the last few years, I’ve been able to double and triple weights I’m using for most exercises thanks to Kelly and the fab instructors at Balance. We sweat, we laugh, we commiserate. I truly always leave class in a better mood than I arrived. We are so lucky to have this gem in the neighbourhood!
I went to my first STRONG class recently, and I enjoyed the experience. I appreciate the smaller sized class since the instructor had more time to check my form. I’m hoping that they’ll offer a kettlebell class in the future. Looking forward to go to my next class.
Really happy I stumbled across this studio on Google Maps! I attended my first circuit training class and it was great. I really appreciated the first class being complimentary. Loved the small class size, energy, and camaraderie between Kelly (owner of the studio and instructor of the class I attended) and everyone else. She took the time to explain how things worked, where everything was, and paid attention to my form during the workout. Everyone else was super nice too. I'll definitely be back! I highly recommend Balance to any women easing back into group fitness classes post-pandemic.
