that that young woman was Famous on you tube True North transparency was rude by giving him finger please understand it right and freedoms to do it please be better

The workouts and training themselves were solid challenging and well structured. I could see myself coming back if the price felt right. However, my overall experience was just okay. The main issue for me was that I didn’t feel as welcomed as others seemed to be. For example, someone who started at the same time as me finished their first class being celebrated with a photo holding a “My First Class at F45” sign. My first class, on the other hand, felt very transactional... more like, “You’re here, now you’re done.” Another moment that stuck with me was when a trainer asked if I was sore from a previous class. I mentioned I hadn’t been to that class, and their response was, “Oh sorry, you all look the same after a while.” Maybe it was just an awkward joke, maybe a Freudian slip but it didn’t leave the best impression. To be fair, some of the trainers were phenomenal, and the classes themselves were well-run. It just felt inconsistent...at times, warm and engaging, and other times impersonal. Maybe I’m not their target demographic. But it left me wondering, especially since their ads specifically say they’re looking for more men to join. Comparing this to other gyms I’ve been to through ClassPass and elsewhere, where I’ve consistently had positive, welcoming experiences, this stood out in a not-so-great way. At the price point they’re asking... closer to Equinox than GoodLife...I’d expect exceptional service and a strong sense of community. If I had experienced that, I’d consider the cost worth it. As it stands, it just didn’t measure up.

One of the best gym in the East End! The energy is infectious and uplifting, you’ll feel motivated from day one. Any fitness goal feels possible at F45, and if you stay consistent, the transformation starts in just a few days.

Great coaching staff and ownership at this location. The online classes during covid have been a life saver. Thank you F45 Danforth for your ongoing hard work and commitment to your members. Cannot wait to be in studio!
