Reviewing Gerrard and Coxwell lovation. This gym is packed, there is always someone recording in the womens room with full video equipment, creepy men, people harass you at each machine when will you be done, and they make the front desk staff clean the gym so its impossible to find someone to help or use the extra services that we pay for. They also book only one staff for a shift so if the staff member is on lunch the gym is unstaffed for one hour per shift.

My wallet was stolen twice in this place. I had a conversation with management that suggested me to file a police report so they could release the surveillance footage to the police and, after the police officer called them, they refused to release the footage, crippling the police investigation or further actions to be taken to stop the robberies from happening. I would strongly recommend you not to go to this gym location as you are less protected than burglars, who can enter and leave with your things without any consequence.

The live of my life is a personal trainer here. It's a great place if you are looking yo live a healthy and active lifestyle. Great prices for a personal trainer as my love understands that people struggle and people who can't afford it tend to not be able to access gyms and personal trainer and he wants to help people become their best at a great affordable price so all can enjoy their best selves.

You should pay special attention to your staff, while you working out. Especially during the evening. My friend was robbed twice, and management didn’t take any action when we requested a review of the security cameras.

Rampant theft daily. Lockers get searched and wallets, rings, anything of value taken. You can report it to management with timestamps for the vids but they dont care. They could check who used the pass to get in but it seems they intentionally dont enforce this. I got a call that they “found my ring” just for me to come to front desk and have them say they said no such thing. It was pretty clear they kept it, they really have no morals or ethics. Around midnight to 2am every night a group of 10 or so guys come (brown, 20-30 something yr olds) in sharing memberships or just bypassing the turnstyles altogether. They often have horrendous BO problems, it genuinely makes breathing near them nauseating. They prop the black card area door open and get upset if you close it. Theyre personal trainers with clients which is against the rules. It sucks paying extra for blackcard membership just for ppl to sneak in against the rules, keep the blackcard door open against the rules, train people against the rules, and ignore the basic courtesy of personal hygiene. Additionally, the place does not get cleaned regularly, theres “tumbleweave” everywhere. You sit down at a machine and see dust and hair float away in every direction. Worse yet, Management does nothing to address the theft and theyve been known to keep returned lost & found items for themselves. They have security cams but will not provide video to you when theft occurs. Head office should shut this gym down and investigate fraud by management.

Not worth it. Go elsewhere. On one occasion, teens were being snuck into the facilities by compromising the door. On a second occasion, I saw a homeless man with a very bad odour sitting on the massage chairs and then lying on the massage bed for over an hour. I let those go since I notified employees on both occasions and thought something would be done about it. Over the long weekend a couple of months ago, my husband locked his things in the locker downstairs, away from the entrance, and his lock was cut and bag stolen, which had his wedding band. The sign says that lost or stolen items are not the gym's responsibility, however, there was no steps taken to ensure the safety of the patrons, such as more staff on site, or metal stronger doors and this finally resulted in stolen items through a cut lock, which means that someone with a metal cutter was at the gym. It's unsafe, and the price is not worth having to look over your shoulder the whole time you're there. We opted for a home gym since there is nothing close enough to where we live. The owner asked me to write a letter so that he could see what could be done but I haven't received a response and it's been a couple of months. My husband tried carrying his bag around instead of using the lockers but it's just a terrible place place to work out. Don't get a membership here. It's not worth it. Edit based on owner's comment: I emailed you with all of this and have not received a response when you told me to email and you would see what you can do.

What a great gym, they kept all the high quality equipment from the GoodLife that was there before and added a bunch more. Brand new barbells and weights. Tons of space and rarely overcrowded like most other locations.
