Great facility, clean, all the equipment is in great condition. Trainers and staff are exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Gets quite busy with young students starting around 3:30 pm. Otherwise one of my favorite GoodLifes!
Walked in talk about the membership and the Asian girl at the reception was super rude by her “sassy torrrrono gurlie” behaviour today around 8:40pm. Glad to join Orange Theory anyways.
Honestly, one of the nicest locations, since the renovations and expansion to the old Toys’R’Us location. Proud to be a member of this location especially as they are super friendly to their large group of members who are adults with learning disabilities. Unfortunately with that, most of the special needs members are dyslexic, visually impaired, or suffer from amnesia, and thus the dumbbells are frequently in the wrong places, or just left on the ground and forgotten about. Of course, this location does however get quite busy during peak times, as most locations do already. Mainly the attendees during peak times are highschool kids (who tend to be on their phones 90% of the time), or the special needs members. Overall, a beautiful location with a unique group of members. It’s easy to adapt, just need to speak clearly and loudly with them, and slowly, when asking about how many sets or if they’re still using certain machines. *Edited* Also wanted to note the staff at this location are amazing and super welcoming. Shout out to Sven for always being personable to the members.
Great location and nicely renovated open concept. But that noise in the locker room and showers when opening the water tap… why? Its like the locker room and showers from hell… supposed to be newly renovated. I recorded the sound level in the locker room… its super annoying.
What is this Regymen nonsense? Is paying over $80 per month to you not enough? I now have to pay extra to attend this nonsense? You removed all the other programs at this gym and created this B.S.. Good luck with losing more clients!
Nice facility but I typically don't go here because the parking validation only covers half of the extortion parking rates at Yonge Eglinton Centre. Changed to 2 stars due to missing towel service on Nov 17. No towels means no showers means one can't do a proper workout here. This location is too new to have their facilities under disrepair. Edit: Added stars due to getting a response. I'll give the gym another try soon.
