We recently attended a trial class at Kidnaisium with our 5-year-old daughter, and we had a really great experience. Out of all the coaches we’ve seen, Coach Reem’s enthusiasm and genuine will to teach truly stand out. She’s patient, kind and naturally connects with the kids in such a positive way. Our daughter truly felt comfortable right from the start, and we appreciated how attentive and caring Reem was throughout the class. Definitely recommend!
I’ve had the same infuriating experience as so many other 1-star reviewers. I emailed to cancel a class days ago, sent follow-ups, and haven’t received a single reply. I’ve called repeatedly, and not once has anyone bothered to pick up the phone. Their communication is awful and absolutely unacceptable. To make matters worse, their online system won’t even let you remove the credit card tied to their automatic payments. It feels intentionally user-hostile. Think very carefully before giving them your credit card information.
Took kids ages 3 and 7 to the drop in and we had the best time. The instructor, Reem, was very helpful and excellent with kids of all ages. I am happy to find a drop in gymnastics for the times we aren't able to attend an ongoing program. 5 stars!
I attended a drop-in gymnastics class with my daughter, and Coach Reem was incredible! She shows the best teaching skills and is truly the best coach we’ve had. My daughter learned how to do a cartwheel in just one class — after trying for months at multiple other gyms with no success. Coach Reem is patient, encouraging, and knows exactly how to bring out the best in every child. Highly recommend!
My daughter absolutely loves her gymnastics classes at Kidnasium! She looks forward to every session and has grown so much more confident in her daily movements. At home, she practices the new tricks she learns and even lines up her toys to “teach” them how to do the exercises properly. Coach Phoebe is incredible! You can truly see how much she enjoys teaching, and her passion shines through in the way she works with the kids. We couldn’t be happier with our experience here. Highly recommend Kidnasium to any parent looking for a place where their child can build confidence, stay active, and have so much fun!
Fraudulent billing , after cancelled our children's monthly classes on September 14th by email , they still continue to bill our credit card. They don't refund to kid, even had no lessons after paid. One more thing, I saw some comments that also said they have had fraudulent bills. There were 2 children's fee: 08/14/2024 paid $ 150 for 4 lessons had a lessons on : Sept 8, 15, 22, 29(shift to Oct 1) 08/14/2024 paid $ 120 for 4 lessons had a lessons on : Sept 8, 15, 22, 29(shift to Oct 1) ------------------- 09/13/2024 paid $ 150 for 4 lessons had a lessons on : Oct 3, 10,17,24,31 09/13/2024 paid $ 120 for4 lessons had a lessons on : Oct 3, 10,17,24,31 ---------------- 10/15/2024 paid $ 150 for 4 lessons 10/15/2024 paid $ 120 for 4 lessons ( Due to they forgot to cancel autopay , I pay extra fee ) had a lessons on: Nov 13,20,27, Dec 4 Nov 6 (Sick) Dec 11, Jan 8, Dec 18(Sick), Dec 25( Christmas) , Jan 1( New Year), Jan 15(sick) remain 2 more lessons at October payment . ----------------- 11/22/2024 paid $ 150 for 4 lessons . ----------------- 26/1/2025 for 2 lessons Totally, remain 4 lessons, kidnasium rejected to refund and had lost 4 lessons. By the way, some of the kidnasium 5 starts comments were made by their staffs. Actually, they can do refund, but they don't want to refund, please see the attached file, one of the transaction was refunded.
We hired Kidnasium for a remote birthday party. The communication was great leading up to the event, making sure they tailored the activities to the age group and space (we were in a community centre). The instructors arrived early to set up, were very attentive and engaged with the kids the entire time, and most importantly, the kids had so much fun! Thanks Clara, Karla and Eric! We can’t wait for our next kidnasium experience.
