Terrible experience. Booked my mother to get a perm and her hair is not even curly just beach waves and charged her $200 for it. I could have done at home. Was going to recommend people here but no anymore. And it was people that would pay top notch for you my friends have lost business. Kyle go back to school to find out what beach waves are and a perm as you have no experience what so ever. I will be going back to your establishment tomorrow and speak with the manager because your salon is just ripping people off.
Hands down the best haircut I've gotten yet, especially since I have one of the most annoying hair types being 1C asian thin frizzy hair. Huge thanks to the stylist!
I recently had an appointment with yuka and she did an amazing job. She took her time and cut my hair kept checking with me throughout the haircut. She gave me tips on how to style it and was really nice overall. Very good experience will definitely recommend it!
Kotaro has cut my hair twice now, and both times has he not only given me a haircut that I am not just happy with, but exactly what I had in mind. 03 and Kotaros skills continue to exceed my expectations and I plan to continue to get my haircut here regularly!
I’m very disappointed also dissatisfied ?even when I told her to the stylist (Yuka) specifically don’t thin or use the thinning shears. She was about to cut with them and I said, I like my volumen hair, so please don’t reduce that. Even though she said according your photo is not reducing volume but I have to cut the long layer. So she did it with the thinning shears and left me a few strands of hair where my long layer is. I was crying and I couldn’t stop when I saw the bunch of hair on the floor and big amount she removed, I couldn’t stop crying and I said I wanna go. I’m losing hair and now I have a tiny and thing hair that I was trying to keep longer. She billed me around 70 cad and I’m not going there anymore. Don’t go and don’t waste your money there.
I am very disappointed with my recent experience here. I spent two years growing out my natural, healthy hair and saved up to finally get a peekaboo platinum blonde. I even attached a reference photo of exactly what I wanted. but I left with peachy-brown highlights that looked nothing like it. I also attached a picture of what I left with to show the difference. I was only told after the session was over that it was “impossible” to achieve the color I wanted. Later, over email, she claimed she had explained this beforehand but that never happened. She also refused to provide a refund, and when I asked about a fix, she said I would have to pay full price again. Throughout the entire process, she repeatedly blamed my “hair history,” even though it was not relevant to my current healthy hair. Rather than owning up to the poor service, she placed the blame on me as the client and showed no real apology for the outcome. Never come here to get your hair dyed. I should have listened to the other negative reviews left on this salon.
I am very happy with hair stylist Kanako , she did exactly what I like, I had my hair perm with very reasonable price for the salon located right downtown. The salon very clean and safety for COVID rules., will come back definitely.
