Horrible, I went to get my eyebrows done. The lady already at the start was acting rude and disrespectful saying she doesn’t got time when I asked her can you thin my brows just a little. The lady, at the front of my brows took out way more on my left than the right side. And it’s very obvious. Very rude service wouldn’t recommend. Never ever would I come to this place, I usually don’t get my brows done here but I didn’t have any time
Great service from Asel. Definitely recommend! She did such a wonderful job with my sister and I’s haircuts. We showed her pictures and she delivered identical and great results.
My family went there before and each time we went they would cut out hair the way we wanted I went today and she didn’t cut it like the pictured I showed and she ruined my hair
This is my first time leaving a bad review, but this place really deserves it. This happened a few years ago, I stopped by a few days before my appointment to show them my hair, and they quoted me about CAD 100 for a perm. On the day of the appointment, they complained about the amount of hair the entire time and ended up charging me CAD 130 more than what was agreed upon. When I got home, I noticed that when I touched my head, it felt like some spots had been shaved, they had burned half of my hair! For over a year, I had to put up with short strands growing back all over my head, and people constantly asked me if I had cut those strands with scissors. Terrible experience. This place doesn’t even deserve zero stars.
Honey did my hair coloring which was absolutely stunning . Loved it . Nadia and her crew were very friendly and welcoming. They provided me recommendations to improve my hair and how to style. I would highly recommend them.

Usually I refrain from reviewing because most of the time I don’t care. However, never had I ever had a haircut this bad in my entire life. First and foremost, I was aware my hair was dead and it needed some trimming. I asked to trim an inch but this lady cut so much. She had it styled but then it looked even way worse. I wouldn’t have mind the length if it wasn’t so choppy. It was choppy, flat, nothing what I asked for which was a butterfly haircut. My back was also wet in the process and after the cut some chopped hair was still in my neck and face. Overall disappointed and would never return. I regret coming into this place and am deeply sad about my hair. The left side is how it looked after the haircut. Truly disappointing
