Two weeks ago I had the pleasure of meeting Mrs. Fatima. Honestly, she was incredibly friendly, kind, professional, and super fast! I’ve never found anyone like her anywhere. She was so good that now I can’t imagine going to anyone else!
The ladies are amazing. Classy, very respectful and a pleasure to be around. Always cutting the perfect haircut for my daughter and I we love going there. Thank you so much, girls. ?
I said “leave the top, we’re just trimming the back and sides” and the woman I grabbed the scissors and went straight for my bangs! I asked why she was cutting where I told her not to and she put the scissors down and just left it. I have a one inch section of hair (on an already short cut) that is smack in the front/middle and super short so I can’t style it with the rest. I cried when I got home because I wasn’t shown the damage. I’m mortified and I had to cancel a live appearance because I look like I let a child cut my hair. Absolutely livid.
I asked my brother to take my mom here to get her hair done, as we were having a surprise birthday party for her. Waste of time they didn’t wash her hair properly and couldn’t even style her hair. She was finished with my mom’s hair in less than 25 minutes. Do your selves a favour don’t waste time going there as they don’t have hair dressers there.
When I asked for the type of haircut I wanted the hairdresser looks stunned like she didn't know what I was talking about. Was not happy with my or my son's haircut. Definitely will not go back to that location.
I paid for 2 haircuts today for my gf and I. The lady never offered me a chance to spin for a prize or enter into the contest that is on from Sept 19 to Oct 2 ND. . $60 for 2 haircuts and a $5 tip.
Keele and Wilson location Marta, Shereen, and Monica. Does the best job to do hair at this location. Also I like too say for starters they do what you say to do and they know how to cut hair man or woman hair. I went to a fancy place one time and I learned that the cut wasn't good but they curled your hair nice but when you went to wash it it was a disaster . Trying to get back the style the way they did just couldn't do it. But when I went to first choice no complaints . Did a great job. Just think I went to a fancy place and I had to go to first choice to fix the problem and first choice listens to the customer what they like I was coming here for years.
